These terms apply to NAPLAN Practice Test, published by DAHMANI LIMITED.

Independent educational resource

The app is not affiliated with, endorsed by or approved by ACARA or any Australian government body. “NAPLAN” identifies the assessment for which users may wish to practise. All in-app questions, passages, prompts, audio scripts, explanations and guidance are independently authored practice material.

No official score or guarantee

Diagnostics, accuracy and progress measures are practice feedback only. They are not official NAPLAN scores, predicted results, school reports or professional educational advice. Use of the app does not guarantee any assessment outcome.

Subscriptions

Free diagnostic samples are available without an account. Premium is offered through Google Play at the price and billing period shown immediately before purchase. The launch configuration has weekly, monthly and annual options and no free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Google Play before renewal. Google Play handles charges, cancellation and refunds under its rules. A parent or guardian should complete purchases.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

You may use the app for personal or household study. Do not extract, republish, sell, scrape or redistribute the question bank, app code or visual assets. User writing drafts remain on the user’s device and belong to the user.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the app accurate and available, but features and content may change. To the extent allowed by law, the app is provided without guarantees beyond rights that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law rights.
