Local study data

Answers, progress, preferences and writing drafts remain on the device. Clear the app’s storage in Android settings or uninstall the app to delete them. DAHMANI LIMITED cannot remotely view or recover this local data.

Anonymous subscription data

1. Email simo.dahmani1@gmail.com with the subject “NAPLAN Practice Test data deletion”.
2. In an adult-verified app session, open Profile → About → Anonymous support ID. This identifier appears after subscription services initialise.
3. Include only that anonymous support ID. Do not send a child’s name, school or identity document.
4. We will verify the identifier, submit deletion through RevenueCat and confirm completion. Some purchase records may be retained where required for fraud prevention, tax, accounting or other legal duties.

If the ID does not appear, use the app’s Restore purchases action on the purchasing device, then reopen this section. If it is still unavailable, email support from that device without including a child’s personal information.

Deleting RevenueCat data does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel separately in Google Play subscriptions.
